My Mission is to Make Fitness Work For You

Hi, I'm Amber! I am a health & fitness coach with 19 years of experience in physical therapy, motor skill development, HIIT training, injury rehab, injury prevention, & endurance sports.

Though I've competed in various long-distance events (running, relay races, and triathlons), my fitness journey wasn't about becoming an elite athlete; it was about finding joy in movement and resilience in my body. After navigating my own injuries, I became fascinated with the science of safe, effective training. I realized that the best workout program is the one you can stick with consistently and feel good doing.

My philosophy is simple: fitness should adapt to your life, not the other way around. Whether you have 30 minutes at home, are recovering from an injury, or are training for a new challenge, I'm here to provide expert guidance and unwavering support.

I specialize in creating programs that are not only effective but also educational. I want you to understand the 'why' behind every exercise, empowering you to move with confidence for the rest of your life. I believe that movement is for everybody – and that community is strongest when it’s diverse, inclusive, and open-hearted. All my sessions are LGBTQIA+ friendly, body-positive, and appropriate for beginners and long-term athletes alike.
