To ensure progress and keep you motivated, I provide weekly one-on-one check-ins via video call or phone call. These sessions allow us to adjust your program as needed, celebrate your wins, and tackle challenges together. With ongoing support and a plan created just for you, you’ll have the tools and guidance to achieve lasting results.
HIIT Classes (1:1 and Group, Online and In Person)
30 minute interval classes that can be scaled for any level of fitness.
These 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts are great for everyone- not matter if you're a fitness pro, total beginner, you’re welcome exactly as you are. These workouts can be as short as 30-minutes, so they are short, sweet, and effective. You can expect it to include body-weight strength training and cardio training designed to get your heart rate up, maximize your caloric burn, build strength, and boost endorphins. Every single exercise is 100% modifiable, and I can guide you through low-impact and advanced options for every move and each class includes a cooldown stretch. This is a judgment-free zone where you are welcome to go at your own pace, but encouraged to do your best while enjoying the movement. You don't need any equipment, special gear, or previous experience.
